This kit allows you to replace the HV wiring feeding the motor on the Gen1 Leaf (EM61). This allows you to position the motor and inverter anywhere, and avoids any issues with the proprietary adapters used by Nissan. It also allows other inverters to be used with the EM61 motor. It’s designed for 2/0 cable which is a thicker gauge wire than what comes from the factory, so you can upgrade the power going to your motor as well.
Comes with custom billet aluminum adapter plate for the 3 phase connection at the motor as well as matching cord grips, o-rings for a water tight seal, 90 degree 2/0 lugs and hardware to install. To complete your install you just need 2/0 cable.
